What types of events does WonderLab produce?
We produce corporate events (launches, conferences, training, team buildings, year-end parties) and social events (Sweet 15, Bar and Bat Mitzvah, weddings, birthdays and festivals). All can be in-person, virtual or hybrid.
What is the difference between an in-person, virtual and hybrid event?
In-person is the classic on-site event. Virtual is 100% online with broadcast quality (it's not just a video call). Hybrid combines both: in-person + virtual synchronized into a single experience, where what happens online impacts the room and vice versa.
In which cities and countries do you work?
Our base is in Buenos Aires, but we produce events across Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Brazil, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, Spain and the United States. Virtual events have no geographic limit.
How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking 2 to 4 months in advance to secure availability, especially for year-end and Sweet 15/wedding seasons. For smaller or virtual events we can produce on shorter timelines.
What technologies do you use?
Interactive LED bracelets synced with the music and the event app, 100% customizable mobile app, live games, real-time voting, 360° mapping, hologram, multi-camera broadcast transmission, ticketing and cashless. Every event takes what it needs.
Do you have your own venue for the event?
Yes. We have Mansion Funtime, our own immersive venue in Buenos Aires with mapping, circus stage and all the technology built-in. We also work in external venues chosen by you or recommended by us.
What is the booking process like?
